Angela Fontaina

Angela Fontaina (nee Santos), 87, of Jersey City, Marion Section, passed away on Sunday, November 12, 2017.  Angela was born in Riveira, Spain where she me her late husband Juan and they immigrated together to Jersey City in 1969.  She was a devout parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Jersey City.

Angela was the beloved wife of the late Juan Fontaina; devoted mother of John (Rita), Luis (Manola) and Angel Fontaina; loving grandmother of Michael, Frank, Virginia, Juan, Manuel (Melissa) and Santiago; cherished great-grandmother of Aaliyah; dear sister of Jose Santos and Leonilda Munez. 

Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, 5:00pm to 8:00pm at RIOTTO FUNERAL HOME & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07306.   Funeral will begin on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, 9:30am at the funeral home.  Funeral Mass will follow 10:30am at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Jersey City.  Interment will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
