Anthony F. Barbalinardo

Anthony F. Barbalinardo "Tony," 88, a lifelong resident of Jersey City, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 20, 2018. 

Anthony worked for the Hudson County Division of Welfare for 15 years and retired 24 years ago.  A corporal in the U.S Army, Anthony proudly served for 3 years in Japan during WWII.  He was also an avid New York Mets fan.

Anthony was the beloved husband of 66 years to Annette (nee Mastrolia) Barbalinardo; devoted father of the late Joseph and Michael Barbalinardo; loving son of the late Donato and Patricia Barbalinardo; dear brother of the late Frank and Joseph Barbalinardo and Grace Magnolo.

Visitation is on Friday, February 23, 2018, 6:00pm to 9:00pm at RIOTTO FUNERAL HOME & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City, NJ 07306.  Funeral will begin on Saturday, February 24, 2018, 9:00am at the funeral home.  Funeral Mass will follow 10:00am at St. Anne's Church, Jersey City.  Interment will take place at Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City.
