Janice A. DeMartino

Janice A. DeMartino, 54, a lifelong resident of Jersey City, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 21, 2017.

A fun loving spirit, Janice was an avid Neil Diamond fan and always the life of a party.  She always enjoyed visiting Donovan's Reef and attending charitable events with her loving husband, Commissioner Michael J. Malloy "Mike Laidlaw."  Her greatest joy was raising her three daughters.

Janice managed All Star Limousine with her husband Mike for 10 years and helped out at Laidlaw Auto Repair, Jersey City.  She also worked at Pershing Field Pool for the Jersey City Department of Recreation.

Janice is the beloved wife of Michael J. Malloy; Devoted mother of Kim Olivencia & husband Carlos, Dakota DeMartino and Kiley Brown; Loving grandmother of Cameron Olivencia.  Also survived by many loving relatives and dear friends.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2017, 2-4pm & 7-9pm at RIOTTO FUNERAL HOME & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City, NJ 07306.  Funeral will begin on Wednesday, January 25, 2017, 9:45am at the funeral home.  Funeral Mass will follow 11am at St. Nicholas Church, Jersey City.  Cremation will be private.
