Uncle Jerry thanks for my first haircut over 40 years ago. Mom and dad still tell stories about you and how insanely funny you were. Iā€™m sure my grandpa Henny is yelling at you about something in heaven right about now...rest in peace and joy that you brought so many people here on earth. Love your great nephew Richie Mike.

Jerry was a great guy with a great sense of humor. He use to cut my hair and make me laugh with his stories. He always had tremendous respect for my family especially my parents who he had known his entire life as they all grew up in Marion. I know that they are waiting for him in heaven to lead them in song as he did on the Mt. Carmel bus rides to AC. Rest well, my friend.

Uncle Jerry was my hero!
Dashing, funny, generous and always a smile on his face. He made people laugh....everyone - everywhere he went. He was a showman who loved life and shared that gift with all of us. I was married to Billy Kuchon (Jerry's nephew) and met Jerry the first time I went to the Faugno's house for Sunday dinner. OMG did I learn something about good food and great family! Uncle Jerry was always there to greet me and my girls Merilee and Kimberly with a big hug and stories about the trips and experiences he had the week before. He made me feel like I belonged. He was a born story teller....his eyes and face breathing life and energy into everything he said. He was handsome, always well dressed and could have hosted the Oscars as well as anyone. I loved him...and still do. Although we haven't seen each other in a while, we did talk by phone a few times and his was the first Christmas card I got each year. I will miss that. I know that he is at peace today and already has a line up of new and old friends to entertain in heaven. Uncle Jerry was one of the "good guys" and I thank God that our paths crossed so I could enjoy his company and friendship.
Uncle Jerry, we will miss you but never forget you.
Thanks you for making us feel important and loved.
Patti, Merilee and Kimberly

I was a young boy who grew up across the street from Jerry on Wallis Ave. He was always so kind to me and my sisters as well as all the kids on the block. No matter how old we got or how our lives changed Jerry would always call us over and say something motivational or positive to inspire us or make us feel good about ourselves... Even after he moved to Broadway, he would always catch us walking by or driving by and we would exchange yells from the car window "HEY JERRYYYY" !!! I still have a picture of all the kids on the block sitting with Jerry on his porch one hot summer when he bought us all little squirting water guns and filled them for us... That picture hangs in my basement and I look at it often... Gone But Never Forgotten. "HEY JERRY !!!"
