Marie P. Saltarella

Marie P. Saltarella, 87, a lifelong resident of Jersey City, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2018.  Marie was a retired international underwriter for Commercial Union Insurance Company in New York City.  

Marie was a proud member and past-president of the Dante Alighieri Society Woman's Auxiliary in Jersey City.  She was also a member of the Abercrombie Association, Christ Hospital Auxiliary and UNICO in Jersey City.

Marie enjoyed traveling abroad with her sister Teresa and being a member of local charitable organizations.

Marie was the loving daughter of the late John and Madeline Saltarella.  She is survived by her loving sister Teresa C. Saltarella and many loving cousins.

Visitation is on Friday, January 19, 2018, 4:00pm to 8:00pm at RIOTTO FUNERAL HOME & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City, NJ 07306.  Funeral will begin on Saturday, January 20, 2018, 9:30am at the funeral home.  Funeral Mass will follow 10:30am at Holy Rosary Church, Jersey City.  Entombment at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington.
