Chester D. Figueroa

Chester Figueroa son of Raymond & Minnie Figueroa passed away on October 13, 2017 at the age of 89.  He owned and operated Kozak Paints on Central Ave with his partner John Kozak for over 25 years, was active in his community, coaching both little league and pop warner football for many years.  He also worked in the Naval Base in Bayonne.  Chester bravely served his country in the army before earning his degree in finance from Rutgers University.

He is survived by his loving family, daughter Stacey, sister Florence, niece and nephew Debra and Mark, great nephews John and Justin, their wives Kristen and Amanda and a great grandniece Jaclyn.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday, October 21, 2017, 9:00am to 11:00am at RIOTTO FUNERAL HOME & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd. (corner of Stagg St.), Jersey City, NJ 07306 (For GPS Navigation it is best to use parking lot entrance address: 14 Stagg St.). In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the American Lung Association or the ASPCA in his name.
