A Visitation for Elba will be held on Sunday, August 5, 2018, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Riotto Funeral Home (for GPS use address: 14 Stagg St., Jersey City). Friends and family are invited to meet at the funeral home on Monday, August 6, 2018, 11:00 AM before heading to Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City, for Elba's burial.
