Jeffery Charles Beckett

Jeffery Charles Beckett passed away on October 5th, 2017 at 53 years of age. Jeff resided in North Bergen, NJ but was born and spent most of his life in Jersey City, NJ.  A lifelong Giants fan, Jeff attended Dickinson High School, married Cheryl (Ising) Beckett on August 3rd, 1991, and held a variety of jobs. 

On Jan 15th 2005, Jeff found his calling by getting sober and helping others to achieve sobriety

. He is survived by his beloved daughter, Ashley, step-daughter Miranda DeVincenzo and grandson Darius Marrero, his brother George, his step-mother Zita (Cadiz) Beckett and his cousins Kelly Mondana, Debbie (Mondana) O’Leary, Larry Graziano, Julie Graziano, Donna Graziano, Kathleen Curran, Donald Curran and Carleen (Curran) Lore. Jeff joins his father, Charles Beckett and mother Theresa (Mondana) Beckett. He will be greatly missed by many friends, especially his girlfriend Kirstin Hunter.

A Mass for Jeffery will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2017, 10:00 AM at St. John the Baptist Church, Jersey City. Cremation was private. Memorial donations may be made to the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement. https://www.atonementfriars.org/make-a-donation/
