Mrs. Mary Louise Lopez (Concavage,) passed away peacefully on July 28, 2019. Mary Lou, as her family knew her, was born in Mt. Carmel, PA. on January 2, 1941. She is survived by her nieces, Debbie and Donna, nephew Jason, sister- in -law Mary Concavage, cousins Joanne, Susan and John, and her goddaughter Andrea whom Mary Lou treated and loved (spoiled,) like the daughter she never had.
Mary Lou recently retired from Kohl's where she was known by as "Mary" and was well liked by her co-workers. Prior to that she worked for many years at Mar Terminal. Mary Lou was an avid reader and passionate about the NY GIANTS as well as Penn State. She began to love all sports and at the end of football season she was known to even watch golf!!!!! She could rattle off all of the dialogue watching Big Bang Theory over and over and over! Mary Lou came from coal country in PA and was proud of it! She made excellent pierogies which were a big request from neighbors, friends and family, especially Andrea and Joanne. She enjoyed visiting Joanne in CA, Christmas parties at Craig and Trish, lunching "with the girls" and slots at Harrah's. She said that she wanted to be remembered as " a kind person." She will be remembered her as kind, loving, gracious person, and definitely fun-loving. And now that she is united with Tony, all is well no matter how much she'll be missed.
