Nerys Grace Freire

It is with great sadness that the family of Nerys Grace Freire announce her passing after an illness on Friday, April 6, 2018 at the age of 81 years. Nerys was born in Manta, Ecuador and lived most her life in Jersey City.  She was a retired jeweler for Lord & Taylor in New York City.

Nerys is survived by her loving children Virginia Paz (daughter) and Jorge David Paz (son). Nerys will also be fondly remembered by her 9 Grandchildren- Grace, Elvis, Misty, Jorge, David, Danny, Jonanthan, Micheal and Kevin Also, by her 10 GREAT Grandchildren- Jessennia (20), Jacqueline (16), Arnaldo (13), Angelina (12), Michael (12), Jessilynn (11), Mikayla (8), Madelyn (6), Annabelle (3), and Anastasia (10 months )

A funeral Service in memory of Nerys will be held on Sunday, April 8, 2018, 3:00pm to 7:00pm at RIOTTO FUNERAL HOME & Cremation Company, 3205 John F Kennedy Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07306 (For GPS Navigation it is best to use parking lot entrance address: 14 Stagg St.).  A procession from the funeral home for interment will line up the next morning 10:30 am and begin 11:00am to the family plot at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
