Stephen Thomas Obituary

Stephen J. Thomas, 82, of Jersey City, passed away on September 22, 2019.

Stephen worked for Metropolitan Life Insurance, and also as a US Army Drill Sergeant before his retirement. He was a Commander of the Amvets, VFW of Jersey City, and also a proud member of Elks Club of Jersey City.

Stephen is survived by his daughters: Kathleen J. Spanarkel and her husband Kevin, and Denise Gasbarro and her husband Thomas; His son: Sean Thomas; a step daughter: Kelly Wilkins; His grandchildren: Nicole Gasbarro, Nicholas Delduca, and Joseph Edward Delduca; his grandniece: Lindsay Kreutter; and his sister: June Inselberg. Also surviving are many beloved cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, 11:00 AM at St. Nicholas Church, Jersey City.
