Sue Jannuzzi

Sue “Assunta" Jannuzzi, 95, formerly of Jersey City, passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2019 surrounded by her caring sons. 

Sue worked as an assembler for Western Electric during the war years.  She was a parishioner of St. Aedan's Church for many years before moving to Old Bridge, NJ where she spent the remaining years of her life.  She was a member of St. Aedan's Rosary Society & Senior Club, Holy Name Society, and Hudson Catholic's Women's Auxiliary. 

She was predeceased by her late husband, Joseph J. Sr.  She is survived by her children: Joseph J. Jr. and his wife, Roseanna; Frank and his wife, Rita; Michael and his wife, Ana; her grandchildren: Joseph, Jessica, Kyle, Colin, Gareth, and Savanna Jannuzzi, Jennifer Rizvi, and Caitlin Roszkowski; her great-grandchildren: Olivia and Ava Jannuzzi; Maverick and Sterling Roszkowski and her sister: Angie Sukaskis. 

Visitation for Sue is Tuesday, April 16, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City. (For GPS Navigation, it is best to use our parking lot address: 14 Stagg Street).  Funeral will begin on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the funeral home.  Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM at St. Aedan's Church, Jersey City.  Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org)
