Adaliz Martinez

Born to Esther Martinez and Andrew Jhonson on April 23, 1985, Adaliz “Mima” Martinez of Jersey City, New Jersey, passed away unexpectedly on August 27, 2023.

Adaliz was born in Jersey City, New Jersey. She worked at Bright Horizon as a teacher’s assistant for many years. Adaliz was a free spirit who loved to laugh and allowed everyone around her to joint in on the fun. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family and would brighten up a room anywhere she went. She was a beautiful young woman inside and out and her contagious laughter will be remembered by all who heard it. She was very much loved by everyone in the community and she will be deeply missed.

Adaliz is predeceased by her stepfather, Ronald Womack, and leaves behind to cherish her memories, her mother, son, brother and grandmother and the entire extended family and friends.

Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at Riotto Funeral Home (For GPS, please use our parking lot address: 14 Stagg Street, Jersey City, NJ 07306) . Interment will follow at Bayview Cemetery, Jersey City.
