Con profunda tristeza y corazones llenos de dolor, anunciamos el fallecimiento de Aida Candelaria, de 70 años, residente de Elmwood Park, NJ, originaria de Arecibo, Puerto Rico, el domingo 12 de enero de 2025. Una madre, abuela, hermana, tía y amiga muy querida, Aida deja un legado duradero de amor, calidez e inolvidables recuerdos.

Como madre dedicada y amorosa, Aida dedicó su vida a criar a sus hijos con compasión, fortaleza y un amor inquebrantable. Su mayor alegría era pasar tiempo con sus nietos, creando lazos duraderos y llenando sus vidas de risas y amor. El amor de Aida por su familia era incomparable, y siempre será recordada como un pilar de apoyo y cariño para todos los que tuvieron la suerte de conocerla.

Conocida por su espíritu vibrante, Aida encontraba alegría en los placeres sencillos de la vida, especialmente jugando dominó, lo que reunía a su familia durante incontables horas de diversión y risas. También tenía una gran pasión por la música Salsa y el baile, y su energía contagiante iluminaba la pista de baile en fiestas y reuniones. El entusiasmo de Aida por la vida y su habilidad para encontrar alegría en cada momento será profundamente extrañado por todos los que la conocieron.

Aunque su partida deja un vacío profundo en nuestros corazones, encontramos consuelo en los hermosos recuerdos que deja atrás. Su legado de amor, risas y alegría vivirá a través de sus hijos, nietos y todos los que fueron tocados por su bondad y calidez.

La extrañaremos por siempre, pero su espíritu vivirá en nuestros corazones y en los momentos que compartimos juntos.

Aida Candelaria le sobreviven sus tres hijos: Juan Torres, Diana Torres y Carlos Torres. Cinco nietos, tres bisnietos, hermanos y muchos sobrinos y sobrinas queridos.

La visita se llevará a cabo el viernes 17 de enero de 2025, de 5:00 p.m. a 9:00 p.m. en Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07306 (para navegación GPS, es mejor usar la dirección de nuestro estacionamiento: 14 Stagg Street, Jersey City). El funeral comenzará a las 10:00 a.m. el sábado 18 de enero de 2025, en la casa funeraria. Seguido de su entierro en el Cementerio Bayview, 324 Garfield Ave, Jersey City, NJ, 07305.

 

 

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Aida Candelaria, 70, of Elmwood Park, NJ, formerly of Arecibo, Puerto Rico, on Sunday, January 12, 2025. A beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and cherished friend, Aida leaves behind a lasting legacy of love, warmth, and unforgettable memories.

A devoted and nurturing mother, Aida dedicated her life to raising her children with compassion, strength, and unwavering love. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren, creating lasting bonds and filling their lives with laughter and care. Aida’s love for her family was unmatched, and she will forever be remembered as a pillar of support and affection to all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Known for her vibrant spirit, Aida found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially playing dominoes, which brought her and her family together for countless hours of fun and laughter. She also had a passion for Salsa music and dancing, and her infectious energy often lit up the dance floor at parties and gatherings. Aida’s zest for life and ability to find joy in every moment will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

While her passing leaves a profound void in our hearts, we take comfort in the beautiful memories she leaves behind. Her legacy of love, laughter, and joy will live on through her children, grandchildren, and all those touched by her kindness and warmth.

We will miss her forever, but her spirit will live on in our hearts and the moments we shared together.

Aida Candelaria is survived by her three living children; Juan Torres, Diana Torres, Carlos Torres. Five grandkids, three great grandkids, siblings, and many loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025, 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd , Jersey City, NJ 07306 (For GPS navigation it is best to use our parking lot address: 14 Stagg Street, Jersey City). Funeral will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at the Funeral Home. Follow by her Interment at Bayview Cemetery, 324 Garfield Ave, Jersey City, NJ, 07305.
