Angela Tartaglia

Angela Tartaglia (nee Tangredi), 88, a resident of Jersey City, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family.  Angela was born in Cervinara, Italy and immigrated to America in 1962.

Angela is predeceased by her husband, Frank A. Tartaglia, Jr. Angela is survived by her loving daughters, Antoinette Tartaglia, and Filomena Dempsey and her spouse, Michael; her grandsons, Michael and Cole.  She is also survived by her sisters, Vita Percontino and Guiseppina Bottillo of Rome, Italy; by her nieces and nephews, Rosina, Stefania, Michael, and Gino; and by 8 great nieces and nephews. 

Visitation is Friday, May 7, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City. Funeral is Saturday, May 8, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the funeral home.  Funeral mass is at 11:00 AM at St. Nicholas’ Church, 122 Ferry Street, Jersey City.  Interment will follow at Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City.
