Annetta Prins Obituary

Annetta J. Prins, 62, of Jersey City, NJ, formerly of Texas, a loving wife and mother, lost her year long battle with cancer on March 26, 2021, and died at home surrounded by her loving family.

Annetta was the beloved wife of 40 years to Guy Prins; devoted mother of Vincent & Debbie Prins, Ian & Amanda Prins; cherished grandmother of Hailey, Madison, Teddy, Kourtney, Oliver, Nolan and Vivian; loving sister of Kate Holy and Bobby Cason. She also loved Guy's mother, Phyllis Bruno and his sister, Dawn Higgins like her own mother and sister.

Annetta was a dedicated parishioner of St. Anne's Catholic Church in Jersey City. She also volunteered her time to help the sisters to prepare and teach Sunday School. Annetta worked for 20 years as a Senior Care CNA.

Services are private and the family asks that all celebrate her life or mourn her passing as you will and please be safe.
