Bolton Suttle, Jr. Obituary

Bolton Eric Suttle Jr. "Sandy", 74 of Jersey City, passed away peacefully at the Lyons VA Hospice center on November 25th, 2019. Born in New Orleans, and raised in New Jersey, Bolton went on to serve in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War from 1963-1965. After serving in Vietnam, Bolton worked in construction and surveying and retired after 20 years. 

 

He was predeceased by his parents, Eric and Mary Heath Suttle, brother Robert Suttle, sisters Eddyeth A. Holcomb and Donna A. Council. Bolton is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Ruth Suttle; along with three children; Grace Suttle, Joshua Suttle, and Grisel Purviance; sister Pamela Gutierrez, and grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family. Bolton was a loving father, husband, grandfather, uncle and friend to everyone.

 

A visitation for Bolton will be held on Monday, December 2, 2019, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Funeral Home (For GPS use address: 14 Stagg St., Jersey City). Funeral Services are Tuesday, December 3, 2019, 11:30 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown.
