Carlos "Pepe" Julio Cotallat-Alvarado

Carlos "Pepe" J. Cotallat-Alvarado, 71, of Union City, NJ entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 5, 2020. 
He was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador in 1948. In the early 70's he immigrated to The United States in search for a better life.
Carlos worked hard for his family. He worked many years in the logistics and supply chain industry. Striving for the American dream, in the late 80's he successfully opened his own Women's Fashion Apparel Factory. 
Years later, he found his true calling, working in transportation as a driver and dispatcher.

Besides taking joy in being surrounded by his family and friends, he was passionate about soccer, dining out and traveling to his native land of Ecuador. 
Carlos was a beloved father and grandfather. "We love and miss you dearly." 
Descansa en paz. Ahora estás bajo la protección de Dios. 
Fuiste de buen corazon, alegre, y un luchador hasta el fin. 
Siempre te llevamos en nuestro corazones.
