Born and raised in Jersey City, Carolina was a graduate of Dickinson High School and the former Drake College of Business. As a young adult she tutored, taught Sunday school and performed in “operettas” at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Jersey City. Later she served on various committees at Saint Anne parish in Jersey City and in the Mother’s Club of St. Dominic Academy in Jersey City. She was most recently a communicant of Saint Justin Church in Toms River, NJ.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, funeral will be private and under the arrangement of Riotto Funeral Home in Jersey City. A mass and celebration of life with family and friends will be held at a later date. Please refer to www.riottofh.com for additional information.
