Charles E Thompson

Charles E. Thompson, Jr., 75, of Wayne and formerly of Jersey City, entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 6, 2023. 

Charles worked at the Hudson County Occupational Center for 45 years before retirement. He was a long time parishioner of St. Anne's Jersey City. He bowled in the occupational center bowling league for many years. Charles was an avid Mets fan, space program enthusiast, and Olympics fan. He loved spending time with his brother, sister in law, and niece and nephews. 

Surviving are his dear brothers, Kenneth Thompson, and Robert Thompson and his wife Terri. His beloved niece, Alyssa, and nephews, Bobby and wife Brittany, Danny and his fiance Morgan, and Ryan and his fiance Katie. 

Funeral services are Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the funeral home (For GPS, please use our parking lot address: 14 Stagg Street, Jersey City, NJ 07306). Interment will follow at Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City.
