David Edward Obituary

David Leon Edward, loving husband and father passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at the age of 68.

Dave was born on May 31, 1952 to David and Lois (Malan) Edward. He graduated from Weber State University and served the community for many years as a Drug and Alcohol counselor in Ogden.

Dave had a passion for adventure, the Ocean, reading, and boats. He was also an avid music lover and a collector of boat memorabilia. He was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit.

Dave was preceded in death by his father, Dave and his mother, Lois. He is survived by his four children, Lauren, David, Levi and Brian, five grandchildren, his sister Diane Christiensen and several cousins, nieces, and a nephew.

His services will be held in Ogden and his ashes will be scattered in the Ocean. Flowers or donations may be sent to 2720 South Forest Spring Way, SLC, Utah 84106
