Diana Rosario, age 54, of Jersey City, NJ, passed away peacefully on November 14, 2025. Born on June 1, 1971, in Jersey City, she was a beloved daughter, mother, and dedicated public worker for the Jersey City government. Diana lived her life with passion and purpose, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to her work and the community she served.
A proud Puerto Rican, Diana was known for her cheerful disposition and charismatic personality. She had an innate ability to light up a room and was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. Her warmth and kindness touched the lives of many, making her a cherished friend and neighbor. She found joy not only in her professional life but also in her personal relationships, where her happiness and positivity shone brightly.
Diana is survived by her loving daughter, Alyiah Reyes; her devoted son, Justin Henriquez; her father, Otoniel Rosario; and her mother, Myrna Rivera. Each of her family members carries forward the love and memories she instilled in their hearts, and they will honor her legacy by continuing to spread kindness and happiness in their lives.
In celebration of Diana's life and the joy she brought to others, her family will announce funeral services in the coming days. Friends and loved ones will gather to remember her vibrant spirit and the significant impact she made during her time with us.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025, 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City, NJ, 07306 (For GPS it is best to use our parking lot address: 14 Stagg St.; additional parking located on Kennedy Blvd.). Funeral services will begin on Friday, November 21, 2025, 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery, 748 Schuyler Avenue, Kearny, New Jersey 07032
