Dmytro Woch

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Dmytro Woch, who passed away on August 13, 2026. 

Dmytro was born on April 14, 1927, in the Village of Hynovychi, Berezhany Raion, Ternopil Oblast, Ukraine, son of Wasyl and Paranka Dacko Woch.

He is survived by his loving daughter, Ann, and her husband Stephen Kerda; his son, Steven, and his wife Christine Woch; his grandchildren: Anne Stephanie, Bohdon Roman and his wife Lauren, and Stepan Orest; his great-grandson Brandon Lucas; and his extended family in the United States and Ukraine. Dmytro was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 77 years, Anna Dytiuk Woch.

Funeral Divine Liturgy will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at St John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church in Whippany, N.J. Viewing will commence at 9:30 AM with the service commencing at 10:15 AM. Internment will follow at Holy Spirit Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Campbell Hall, N.Y.
