Dolores Costello De Maio was born on February 24, 1946 in Jersey City. An only child beloved by her parents whom she adored in return and cared for with fierce dedication later in their lives. She worked for AT&T for decades, travelling into Manhattan, the city she loved. Upon retiring, Dolores pursued her passion attending Parsons to study floral design. She had a generosity of spirit, always sharing her talents with others, including the Circle of Friends Committee at St. Joseph’s - where her father eventually resided and had daily visits from Dolores. She was a gifted designer, a true friend and most notably a caretaker with unwavering dedication to her loved ones in their times of need.
Dolores is predeceased by her father Anthony Costello and her mother Hazel (nee Young) and survived by many friends who became her family.
