Elaine Zadroga-Long

Elaine Zadroga-Long (Ret. JCPD), 65, of Sayreville, formerly of Jersey City, passed away on December 30, 2020.  Elaine was a Jersey City Police Officer for 25 years and retired in 2014. She proudly served in the Jersey City Police D.A.R.E. Program for 15 years.

Elaine was the beloved wife of Dennis Long (Ret. JCPD); devoted mother of Dennis Daniel Long; loving daughter of the late John and Doris Zadroga.  Also survived by many loving siblings, relatives and dear friends.

Visitation in the funeral home is private.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Monday, January 4, 2021, 10:30 AM at St. Aedan's/St. Peter's University Church, 800 Bergen Ave., Jersey City.  The Funeral Mass will be live streamed on Facebook at the following link:https://m.facebook.com/800bergen/   Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org)
