Francis Tulko

Francis Tulko, 78, passed away peacefully at his Jersey City home surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, August 26, 2021.  Frank retired from the Jersey City Police Department as a Detective. Frank also served in the military as a United States Marine. Frank's greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with his family, friends, and neighbors at his beach house in Ocean City, NJ.

He is survived by his loving wife, Camille Tulko of 38 years; sister Patricia Kanaby and her husband Robert; his five beloved children Lisa Squatrito and her husband Sal, Susan Milevoi and her husband Michael, Frank Tulko and his wife Karen, Andrea Costello and her husband Vinny, David D'Amore and his wife Maria; by his eleven cherished grandchildren Alyssa and Andrew Squatrito, Lauren and Michael Milevoi, Ashley and Jenna Tulko, Michael and Matthew Costello, and David, Ava, and Francesca D'Amore.

Visitation is Sunday, August 29, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation Company, 3205 Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City. Funeral is Monday, August 30, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the funeral home.  Funeral Mass is at 11:00 AM at St. Anne’s Church, 3545 Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City.  Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, 340 Ridge Road, N. Arlington.
