Helen L Soluri

Helen Soluri Slevenski, 80, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and beautiful soul, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 22, 2020.

In her early life, Helen worked as a nurses aide at St.Mary's Hospital in the emergency room. Helen was a very caring and giving person. She was a lifelong member of her church, St. John’s, followed by St. Nicholas. She will be missed deeply by all.

She leaves behind her Husband Peter Soluri Jr, her five children Darlene Muniz and her husband Joseph, Robert and his wife Jody, Michael, Karen Corcia and her husband Joseph, Diana McCrea and her husband Leonard along with eleven grandchildren. She loved her family and friends with all her heart. 

A visitation for Helen will be held on Friday, July 24, 2020, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2020, 9:00 AM at the funeral home, followed by a 10:00 AM mass at St. Nicholas Church, Jersey City. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family to help with the cost of the funeral arrangements.
