Obituary
Jaqueline “Jackie” Herrera Viera, age 60, of Jersey City, formerly of New York City, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 1, 2022. Jackie was a lover of animals, especially horseback riding. She enjoyed hiking and being outdoors. To all who knew her, she did not have one mean streak in her, and she was extremely kind-hearted and loving. Her motto was to travel at least three times a year, twice abroad and one time locally. Everywhere she traveled, she collected magnets. Jackie was also a devoted Catholic. She graduated from Cathedral High School, New York City.
Jackie was the beloved daughter to the late Pablo Sr. and Josefina; cherished sister to Pablo Jr.; and John and his fiancée, Janine; a treasured aunt to John Jr., Lauren, Justin and Giancarlo. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews; and her pet friend, Miley.
Viewing is private. Interment is Thursday, May 5, at 1:30 p.m. at St. Raymond Cemetery, 2600 Lafayette Ave., Bronx, NY 10465. Arrangements done by Riotto Funeral & Cremation Company, 3205 Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City, NJ 07306.
