Jesus Vilca

Jesus Vilca, 58, of Jersey City, NJ entered into eternal rest on August 3, 2023. He proudly worked as a building engineer in New York City for over 30 years. He loved his job and worked as long as he was physically capable. His favorite hobby was DJ’ing, however, other hobbies included fishing and going to the beach. Music was the key to his heart, he listened to anything and everything from Kiko Rodriguez (Bachata) to Bryan Adams (Rock). Despite the challenges life had thrown at him, Jesus remained a strong individual, full of will and courage to overcome any obstacle.

Jesus was the beloved husband of the late, Narcisa Garcia, loving father of Johanna and Katherine, Martha, Fatima and Antonio; Grandfather to Adriyel, Stephany, Chris, Joshua, Justin, Jayden, Jesus, Adamaris, Moses, Jeremie, Sophia, Alison, Nicole and his pet grandson, Lilo. 

Visitation is on Thursday, August 10, 2023, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at RIOTTO FUNERAL HOME, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City, NJ 07306 (For GPS Navigation, it is best to use our parking lot entrance address: 14 Stagg St., Jersey City).  Funeral will begin on Friday, August 11, 2023, 9:30 AM at the funeral home.  Funeral Mass will follow 10:30 AM at St. Paul the Apostle Church, 14 Greenville Ave, Jersey City.  Entombment will take place at Flower Hill Mausoleum, North Bergen.
