Katherine Ippolito

Katherine Ippolito (nee DiGeronimo), 94, a lifelong resident of Jersey City, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 29, 2018. 

Born in Downtown Jersey City, Katherine was raised in the Marion Section.  She was employed by the Jersey Journal and retired many years ago. 

Katherine was the beloved mother of Linda Ippolito and Robert & his wife Diane Ippolito.  She was predeceased by her 4 loving siblings and her loving parents, William & Mary DiGeronimo.

Visitation is on Tuesday, May 1, 2018, 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm at RIOTTO FUNERAL HOME & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City, NJ 07306.  Funeral will begin on Wednesday, May 2, 2018, 9:30am at the funeral home.  Funeral Mass will follow 10:30am at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Jersey City.  Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
