Labella Villegas

Labella Villegas., 67, of Jersey City, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, August 10, 2023.

Labella was born in the Philippines, where she lived before immigrating to Jersey City. She worked as a Patient Care technician at Jersey City Medical Center in Jersey City for many years before retiring.  

Devoted daughter of the late Mercedes C. Generosa & the late Pio Sr., beloved sister of Annie Generosa, Roma G. Cabiles & husband George, Rosalie Navarro, Ambrose Generosa, Pio Jr. Generosa & Dennis Generosa, loving aunt of Rochelle & husband Fredrick, Roseatte, Sheryll & husband Joel, Yvette & husband Robert, Geoffrey & wife Lorena, cherished great-aunt of Joshua, Jerome, Gabrielle Rose, Ryan, Solomon, and Yohan.

Cremation was private. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, August 18, 2023, 10:00 AM at St. John the Baptist Church, Jersey City.  Inurnment will follow at Holy Name Mausoleum, Jersey City.
