Lina Creazzo

Lina Creazzo, 91, of Wilmington, DE, formerly of Jersey City, NJ, passed peacefully on Thursday, January 28, 2021.  Lina was born in Cosenza, Italy and emigrated to America upon her marriage to her loving husband, Andrew.  Lina was a homemaker, a devoted wife, and a loving mother.  She very much enjoyed sewing and knitting, and worked as a seamstress in her professional life.  She was also a dedicated Catholic and loved participating with groups, like Padre Pio, and working events at St. Anne’s Parish.

Lina is survived by her caring older son, Joseph and his wife Janet; her cherished grandchildren, Kelly Anne Roman and her husband, Chuck, Tim Creazzo and his wife, Cathy; and by her six beloved great-grandchildren, Tyler, Lina Marie, Connor, Rocco, Julian, and Aleksander.  She is also survived by her sisters, Tonina, Marisa, and Ninetta.  She is predeceased in life by her husband, Andrew; her younger son, Carmine; and by her brothers, Edmondo and Paolo.

Visitation is Wednesday, February 3, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd. Jersey City. (For GPS navigation, it is best to use: 14 Stagg Street).  Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 AM on February 4, 2021 at St. Anne's Church, Jersey City.  Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.  In lieu of flowers, charitable donations can be made in Lina’s honor to the Alzheimer’s Association.
