Lorenzo Scott

Lorenzo Scott, 64, entered eternal rest on Monday, December 20, 2021, at his home. He is survived by his sister Gwendolyn (Harold) Ravenel, brother John T. Stewart, and his baby sister Joyce (Anthony) Gibbs. He is also survived by one aunt Perkle Burke, a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Lorenzo was born on December 20, 1957, in Jersey City, NJ to the late Lottie (John) Stewart, his mother. However, he was raised by his Uncle Jake Scott and Aunt Ollie Scott. He received his education in Jersey City, NJ. He ended his working career as a telephone powerline worker. He loved watching sports and helping the elderly by running errands for them. He brightened the world around him with his smile and his eagerness to help others. He will greatly be miss by all who loved him.

A public viewing will be held on Friday, December 31, 2021 from 3-6pm at Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd Jersey City, NJ.
