Luisa Padovano, 49, a lifelong resident of Jersey City, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, February 20, 2025

Luisa was employed by Miller, Meyerson & Corbo Law Firm, Jersey City, until its closing in 2023.

Luisa enjoyed traveling and spending time with her loved ones. She was a bright soul who brightened the energy in every room she entered.  Luisa was caring, loving and compassionate to all who knew her and will be greatly missed.

Luisa was the beloved daughter of Carmela and the late Arsenio Padovano; loving sister of Angela Padovano; loving lifelong partner of John King. Beloved cousin of Josephine Ingrassia, Ignazio and Milissa Ingrassia, and Angela and Michael Cervone. Also survived by many loving relatives in the U.S. and Italy.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City, NJ 07306 (For GPS Navigation, it is best to use our parking lot entrance address: 14 Stagg St., Jersey City).  Funeral will begin on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, 10:00 AM at the funeral home.  Funeral Mass will follow 11:00 AM at St. Aloysius Church, Jersey City.  Entombment will take place at Holy Name Mausoleum, Jersey City.
