Mario Colello

Mario Colello, 85, of Bayonne, formerly of Jersey City passed away on Friday, October 25, 2019.  Mario retired from the City of Jersey City and also Colgate-Palmolive in Jersey City.  He proudly served in the U.S Army.  Mario was an avid sports enthusiast and enjoyed playing cards.

Mario was the beloved son of the late Elmerindo and Josephine Colello; loving brother of Dominick Colello and Rose Ann Cusanelli; dear brother-in-law of the late Gloria Colello; cherished uncle of Donna Cook, Sandra & Dennis Melone, Ava Melone and Trent Melone; loving granduncle of Liam Melone.

Visitation is on Monday, October 28, 2019, 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at RIOTTO FUNERAL HOME & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City, NJ 07306.  Funeral will begin on Tuesday, October 29, 2019, 11:00 AM at the funeral home.  Funeral Mass will follow 12:00 PM at Holy Rosary Church, Jersey City.  Entombment will take place at Holy Name Mausoleum, Jersey City.
