Mark Artificio Obituary

Mark Artificio, age 70, of Jersey City; entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.  Mark loved to hunt, camp, and be outdoors.  Everyone remembers him as a fantastic athlete, especially being gifted in football and baseball.  He was a kind, caring person and everyone will truly remember him as nice guy with a wonderful smile on his face.  He was a parishioner of St. John the Baptist Church, Jersey City.  He was also an avid music fan, especially the Doors.   He loved the Marines, which he was a US Veteran having served during Vietnam.  He took great pride in being a veteran that he donated to the Wounded Warrior Project and to the Disabled American Veterans.

Mark is the beloved son of the late, Michael and Dorothy; cherished brother of JoAnn and Christine; treasured uncle of Janna and Noah.  He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.

A celebration of life will be on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation Company, 3205 Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City.
