Mary Therese Weimert

Mary Therese Weimert, 77, of Long Beach Island, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 20, 2024. 

Mary Therese was the wife of 48 years to Richard; devoted mother of Rich & Monica Weimert; loving grandmother of Liam and Mila Weimert. She is survived by extended family and friends. 

Born and raised in Jersey City, Mary Therese was the beloved daughter of James & Frances Doyle. A graduate of St. Aloysius Academy and New Jersey City University, "MT" had a near four-decade career in education, highlighted by a long run as a Guidance Counselor at Dickinson High School in Jersey City. 

Visitation is on Thursday, October 24, 2024, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at RIOTTO FUNERAL HOME & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City, NJ 07306. Funeral is on Friday, October 25, 2024, 9:00 AM at the funeral home.  Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 AM at Holy Rosary Church, Jersey City.  Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
