Michael Perdikos

Michael Perdikos, 93, of Bayonne, New Jersey, born in Kato Drys, Cyprus, was shy of his 94th birthday.  Michael passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 surrounded by his loving family.  Michael’s career started in the restaurant business and later he became an entrepreneur in the real estate market.  He enjoyed traveling, horse racing, and spending time with his family while he was also an integral and foundational member to Evangelismos Greek Orthodox Church of Jersey City.

Michael was the beloved husband of Eleni, also known to many as Helen; devoted father of 3 Harry, Lefke, Andy, and their spouses Anastasia, William, and Antry.  He was a treasured grandfather of nine, and a cherished great-grandfather of two.  He was the beloved son to the late Haralambos and Katerina. 

Visitation is Monday, April 17, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City. (For GPS navigation it is best to use our parking lot address: 14 Stagg Street).   Trisagion will occur at 6:30 PM.  Funeral service is Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Evangelismos Greek Orthodox Church, 661 Montgomery Ave., Jersey City, NJ 07306.  Funeral mass will begin at 12:00 PM.  Interment will follow mass at Hillside Cemetery, 742 Rutherford Ave. Lyndhurst, NJ.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Michael’s memory to the Evangelismos Greek Orthodox Church (https://evangelismos.nj.goarch.org/).
