Min Hsiung Tseng, born on January 3, 1939, in Taiwan, passed away peacefully in Jersey City, NJ, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his devoted spouse, Pi Ching, and their three daughters: Sophia, Claudia and Julia. He also leaves behind three son-in-laws, Andrew, Tom and Josh, as well as five cherished granddaughters-Nicole, Remy, Else, Kara, and Karisa and grandson Josiah.
Min Hsiung emigrated with his family from Brazil to the United States in 1984, embodying a spirit of exploration and curiosity about different cultures. He devoted 20 years of his life to working at Philips, where his appreciation for new technology flourished. His passion extended beyond work; he was an avid traveler, often exploring the world with friends and embracing diverse experiences along the way.
A well-dressed gentleman known for his extensive collection of jackets and an array of caps and hats, Min Hsiung had a flair for style that never went unnoticed. His dedication to his church community was strong, showing his commitment to serving others and his faith.
Min Hsiung will be remembered for his kindness, curiosity, and devotion to family and friends. His legacy will continue through the lives he touched and the values he instilled in those who loved him.
Funeral services will held on Monday, August 25, 2025, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City, NJ, 07306 (For GPS it is best to use our parking lot address: 14 Stagg St., additional parking lot can be found on Kennedy Blvd.). Followed by Interment at Pinelawn Memorial Park and Arboretum, 2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735.
