Con profundo pesar anunciamos el fallecimiento de Nancy G. Carvajal De López, quien partió en paz rodeada del amor de su familia.

Nancy fue la amada esposa de Víctor López, y una madre y abuela ejemplar, dedicada siempre al bienestar de los suyos. Su vida estuvo marcada por el amor, la bondad y la entrega hacia su familia y amigos, quienes siempre la recordarán con ternura y gratitud.

Su recuerdo vivirá en los corazones de quienes tuvieron el privilegio de conocerla. Fue querida y apreciada por muchos, dejando tras de sí un legado de amor, unión y fortaleza familiar.

Descansa en paz, Nancy. Tu memoria será eterna en todos los que te amamos.

El velatorio se llevará a cabo el viernes 10 de octubre de 2025, de 4:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m., en la Funeraria y Cremación Riotto, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City, NJ, 07306 (para GPS, se recomienda usar la dirección de nuestro estacionamiento: 14 Stagg St.; el estacionamiento adicional se encuentra en Kennedy Blvd.). Se invita a familiares y amigos a reunirse el sábado 11 de octubre de 2025, a las 10:00 a.m., para la despedida final. La cremación será privada.

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Nancy G Carvajal de Lopez, on October 2, 2025, at the age of 80 in Jersey City.

Nancy was born to Luis Enrique Carvajal and Rosa Catalina Moran in Guayaquil, Ecuador.  She was the beloved wife of Victor Lopez who shared a life of over 60 years together.

Nancy was a loving mother to Victor and Lorena Lopez, and mother in law to Fanny Lopez and Joe Casey. The joys of her life were ALL her grandchildren; Johnnie, Victor, Sofia, Demetri, Isabel and lastly the baby, Catalina. Nancy always dedicated herself to not only her family but her extended family as well. She is survived by her sisters; Norma, Betty, Lourdes, Maria Luisa, and Rosa Catalina. Preceded in death by her brother, Jose Edmundo.

Nancy brought so much love and laughter to all who surrounded her. Her strength was her fierce protectiveness and devotion to her family and friends. Her memory will live forever in the hearts of everyone who had the honor of being loved by her.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10, 2025, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City, NJ, 07306 (For GPS it is best to use our parking lot address: 14 Stagg St., additional parking lot is located on Kennedy Blvd.) Family and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, October 11, 2025, 10:00 a.m. for a final farewell. Cremation will be private.
