Nilda E. Negron, 87, formerly of San Sebastian, Puerto Rico; of Jersey City, NJ; entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, July 27, 2022. Nilda was very energetic and lively. Her passion was dancing, especially to Salsa and Cumbia music; and she enjoyed singing, especially karaoke. She was well known for her family gatherings, and was a fantastic cook. Her holiday gatherings are what her family would miss the most. Everyone who knew her naturally gravitated to her because she was the life of the party. She had a friendly and loving personality; and had a natural green thumb. She loved to garden. She was the glue that held her family together. Everything she did, Nilda made sure would run smoothly. She was very outspoken and very fashionable. She knew how to dress and made sure that her children were as well. She was really good at sewing, especially for her handmade curtains. She made friends for life, and will be truly missed by all.
Nilda is the beloved wife of Alberto of 65 years; cherished mother of James Lebron (Oneida), Nilsa Martinez, Albert Negron, Jr., and fur-baby Benji; treasured sister to Hector Perez (Lidia); and a cherished grandmother of 9. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren, and friends.
