Pio C. Generosa, Jr., 69, of Jersey City, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 18, 2024

Pio was born in the Philippines, where he lived before immigrating to Jersey City. He worked as a Medical Technologist at Jersey City Medical Center in Jersey City for many years before retiring.  

Devoted son of the late Mercedes C. Generosa & the late Pio Sr., beloved brother of Annie Generosa, Roma G. Cabiles & husband George, Rosalie Navarro, Ambrose Generosa & Dennis Generosa, loving Uncle of Rochelle & husband Fredrick, Roseatte, Sheryll & husband Joel, Yvette & husband Robert, Geoffrey & wife Lorena, cherished great-Uncle of Joshua, Jerome, Gabrielle Rose, Ryan, Solomon, and Yohan.

Cremation was private. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, May 24, 2024, 10:00 AM at St. John the Baptist Church, Jersey City.  Inurnment will follow at Holy Name Mausoleum, Jersey City.
