Born on August 13, 1956, in Manila, Philippines, Ronceval was the beloved son of the late Flordeliza and Ciceron Arcilla. He spent the first half of his life in Manila before making Jersey City, New Jersey his home, where he built a life rooted in family, hard work, and quiet dedication.
