Stephen Harbas, 66; of Jersey City, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, May 25, 2026. A dedicated son to his late parents, Elly Harbas and John Harbas, he was preceded in death by both.
Stephen was many things to many people. A dear brother, a cherished uncle, and above all, a man of rare integrity who understood that how you live matters far more than what you have. A gentle giant in every sense, he moved through life quietly, but purposefully, leaving an impression not through grand gestures, but through his genuine kindness and unwavering decency towards others. He is survived by his sisters, Sophia Harbas and Vanna Frosoni, and his beloved nephew, Nicholas Demetriades and niece Sophia Frosoni. His absence leaves a void that cannot be filled, but the example he set endures in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
