Terry McHugh

Ann Theresa "Terry" McHugh (nee: Zinone), age 88, of Jersey City; entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.  Terry loved to walk around downtown Jersey City and visited many employees at Newport Mall handing out treats to people and puppies from her push cart.  Terry was beloved by her many friends.  She was friendly with everyone.  She was very passionate about animals, especially dogs who would visit her at her stoop on 8th street. 

Terry is the beloved wife of the late, Francis; devoted mother of Mary Ellen Seidel (Steven) and Patricia Sichenzio (Tony); a treasured grandmother of Anthony Sichenzio and Leah Sichenzio; and step-grandmother of Krisha Seidel Morin (Dave), "her boys" Kenny Mack and Nelson Benavides; and she is survived by her many friends.  

Visitation is Sunday, November 19, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation Company, 3205 Kennedy Blvd. Jersey City. (For GPS navigation it is best to use our parking lot address: 14 Stagg Street).  Funeral is Monday, November 20, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at funeral home.  Funeral mass is at 11:00 AM at Holy Rosary Church,  344 6th Street, Jersey City.  Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Road, N. Arlington.  In lieu of flowers, charitable donations can be made in Terry's memory to the ASPCA (aspca.org).
