Thomas Dugan, born in Bayonne, passed away on January 17, 2025 at the age of 86.
Thomas was a dedicated probation officer for Hudson County, an accomplished photographer, and a proud U.S. Marine veteran. During his military service, he served in Lebanon.

His talent and love for the art of photography led him to work at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, capturing moments that blended history and creativity. Also for his love of education, he wrote two novels.
Thomas is survived by his beloved wife, Alexandra, and numerous nieces and nephews who adored him. He is predeceased in life by his cherished sister, Alice Walsh and his brother, Michael Dugan.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 26, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation Company, 3205 Kennedy Blvd. Jersey City.
