Yvonne Claudet Augusto-Gonzalez

Yvonne Claudet Augusto-Gonzalez, 71, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 31, 2020. In Ecuador, she worked at a young age and when she came to the United States she became a seamstress working in Paterson, NJ. Yvonne's best advice to her daughter was to work hard, honest and never lose faith in God  even on the hardest days. Yvonne led by example and worked hard to provide for her family. Her family will always remember her as being brave, amazingly humble, and an unconditionally loving mother.  She was one of a kind person who would give her very last penny to charity to help other people out.  She enjoyed spending time with her daughters and grandchildren.

Yvonne is survived by her devoted daughters, Karen and her husband, Carlos Javier Procel, and Susan; by her caring grandchildren, Kevin Procel, Daniel Procel, Susan Procel, Steven Procel, Javier Procel, and Scarlett Rodriguez; and by her many other loving family members.   

Due to CDC guidelines, Yvonne will be waked for immediate family only at Riotto Funeral Home in Jersey City on Wednesday, June 3, 2020. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, N. Arlington.
