To all the friends and family members who have been there for our beloved husband/father/son throughout his life, we thank you for helping him along this journey and for filling his life with love, laughter and so many good times. We cannot thank you enough for all your love, thoughts and prayers during this time.
To our loving Michael, we find comfort in knowing that you're no longer suffering but the days to come will be tough. We miss you and love you oh so much. Until we see each other again, rest in love.
